The challenge. A regional commercial real estate firm with 10 properties was running maintenance on paper work orders and disconnected vendor portals. Property managers logged tickets in spreadsheets. Maintenance crews missed escalations. Tenant satisfaction was taking the hit, and ownership had no real-time view of anything.

What we built. We deployed ShoWork as the central work-order platform and layered an AI dispatch routing engine on top. On-site staff submit tickets via voice note or text message, our model transcribes, classifies, prioritizes, and routes to the right vendor automatically. Photo attachments are scored for severity. Escalations fire when SLAs slip.
